 Citrix Channel Member to Provide Flex Licensing to Largest Enterprise Customers

 Tulsa, Ok. - July 12, 2002 – Integrated Technology Solutions today announced it has been accepted into the Citrix® Global 2000 Program by Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS). Part of the Citrix Solutions Network^TM (CSN) channel organization, the Citrix Global 2000 Program is designed to help members meet the specific requirements of the 2,000 largest global enterprises. To address customer demand for greater flexibility and simplicity in the licensing and pricing of Citrix software, Citrix Global 2000 Program members are eligible to offer electronic licensing products under the Flex Program. Membership is based upon several criteria, including certification of technical and sales staff and experience with very large-scale Citrix projects.

 Founded in 1995, Integrated Technology Solutions provides Citrix application serving and access portal products, as well as consultation and system integration services, to leading corporations such as Phillips Petroleum and the State of Oklahoma.
